This is the second time I have used the service department and I always have a great experience. They are always willing to work with my warranty company and make the process very smooth. I made an appointment to come in at 7am this morning and I was greeted with many smiles. I was waiting to hear about the diagnosis and I was informed that the warranty company has approved the repairs and that they had to wait on a part from Nashville to complete the work. I was going to rent a car and go pay my registration, but there were no cars because of the Holiday weekend. I didn't know how I was going to get my bill paid when I was told that the shuttle driver would drive me to the office. I was so relieved, especially since I had to pay by the end of today. I was waiting for the shuttle when the service manager let me borrow a demo car to pay my bill. When I came back to the dealership I decided to wait and see if my car would be finished today and when I just went up to my Service Associate he informed me that the repair work was done and they were waiting for payment. And now I was just informed I am ready to go. THANK YOU for such wonderful service!!!
I felt compelled to write the Gary Mathews team. I purchased a 2001 Jeep Wrangler and not long afterwards had some issues with the engine. The entire team has gone above and beyond to ensure that a happy medium was met. The General Manager and the service team were all great. There was a rough patch in between there where we were unsure exactly what was wrong with the Jeep. However every time I called I was listened to and taken seriously. I believe that the Gary Mathews team will do their best in every way to meet your needs. Being in a rough time myself right now, I can not express how the team did what ever they could to help. I believe that every time there is an issue with a vehicle it takes time to diagnose and find the problem. I firmly stand by the fact that not one person at Gary Mathews ever denied me or blew me off. I will stand by the ethics and moral conduct of the customer service and will recommend them to other customers. Thank you all and have a great day.
